The boats are housed in the historic power house from the old Hales Bar Dam.We have plenty of dry inside storage racks for docking boats from twenty feet and up. Pricing on boats larger than 40' depends on usage.
Rates are calculated depending on length, width, and height.
All boats with raised biminis, hard tops, radar arches are a $1.00 extra per foot.
All boats with a beam 9 foot or larger will start at $11.00 per foot.
All boats over 30 feet in length will start at $11.00 per foot.
All boats that are here subject to lift will be billed on the month-to-month storage rate.
All rates are based on a 20 foot minimum length.
On a yearly contract if you pay everything up front you get the 13th month free.
Our facility prides itself on unlimited in/out service. Give us an hour notice and we'll have your boat in the water. When your done, we'll hose her down and put her away. By-the-way! you can put your boat in/out more than once a day. We are located at Mile Marker 431.1 on the Tennessee River, TVA. Our facility is open seven days a week from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
On your return we will rinse your boat from the rubrail on down to remove all dirt and scum from the boat. Engine flushes are also available for an additional fee. Give us a call at (423) 942-9000.

Trailer Load On/Off: $10.00 per Foot each way ($12.00 per foot strapped)
Pressure Washing: $58.00 per hour plus cleaning material
Boat Details: $15.00 per foot includes wash, wax, and armourall all vinyl(compounding is extra)
Simple Boat Wash: $5.00 per foot
